"Geoff and his team at Sooner Muffler was able to take care of our Jeep's issues same day, for a reasonable cost! Story below. 1200 miles into a 5000 mile road trip our 2016 Jeep Patriot with 206k miles started acting up. An area Jeep dealer diagnosed a faulty catalytic converter, but wasn't able to get a replacement for 5-10 days. Stopping at Sooner Muffler around 10:30 AM Geoff was confident he could get the part in and installed same day, contingent on no bolts breaking in the engine block, at a cost just slightly above half of what the dealer estimated. Around 3 PM they had the install done, old part was visibly cracked, but the Jeep still had driveability issues. Further test driving finally discovered a bad ignition coil on plug. Being an easy part to install I decided to replace all four of them myself and Geoff was awesome enough to have the factory Jeep parts brought in for me same day at a price $10 lower than what the dealer charges for them. Now our Jeep is running great again!"

"Brought my car up there to see if they did muffler/exhaust work and was told that they do. I asked if they would be interested in helping take a small bend out of my exhaust to help the duel exhaust line up better in the rear. I asked the guy sitting up front if he could take a look at it outside and see if it was anything they would be interested in doing. He didn’t even try to get up out of his chair and see what me “the potential customer was referring to”. All he said was there’s no way to tell unless it’s on a lift and it’s $130 an hour. Said there’s no guarantee and it may take multiple hours x $130. I then asked politely again if he could come take a look and see because it’s easily visible if you just move your feet a little and walk outside. It took everything in me to stay polite even though I knew the guy up front was full of you know what. Took it to a much better know muffler shop and they gave me instant answers and got me squared away. Don’t waste your time here. Also they will give you a small discount on your service if you give them a 5 star review on google. Keep that in mind when you read their reviews!"
