Mr. James and his team provided excellent assistance both over the phone and in person. I was relieved that there was no wait at the store, and we were able to get in and out in less than 45 minutes. I left with four new tires and windshield wipers, feeling grateful for the efficient and friendly service. "I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at discount tire. I had a nail in my tire and was told that it couldn't be fixed, only to find out that the dealership had no trouble patching it. The fact that they were unable to perform such a simple fix is unacceptable. It's frustrating to think that they may have tried to take advantage of me by suggesting I buy new tires when it wasn't necessary. I expect better service and honesty from a company that has a high rating such as them."

"Landon is by far the the best employee, of not only discount tire, but of the entire tire industry, and he absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion. His knowledge, promptness, and kindness sets him apart from all others in the tire industry. He managed to make the worst tire interaction, with the dyslexic red shirt sales rep, the highlight and best part of my 1400 mile trip. The sales rep made me wait 3 hours without a call or a fix for my tire; I was about to walk away from discount tire forever, until Landon stepped in and helped me. He got things done. He was 100% integral to getting me back up and on the road. I was 300 miles from home and he was undoubtedly the missing link we needed to get our trailer tire fixed. Once he stepped in i was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. He should be managing the shop on Washington Ave. I will forevermore travel 300 miles to buy new tires if Landon is the one taking care of us.
