"I went in for a routine oil change. I never had an issue with my brake light switch before going. After the oil change my car wouldn't start as normal due to the brake light switch malfunctioning(found this out at a later time. When i went back to have them fix it they offered to replace it for me for OVER $150! For reference the part costs $25 from the official dealer and takes about 5 minutes to install with no tools. These are not helpful mechanics, go somewhere else for your car problems..."
"Had an awesome experience. I called too c if I could get my truck in for some glow plugs. Got too s ogden and the guy had no clue what i was taking about. Turns out it was the 5 pts store I called, not south ogden. But Thomas got me in same day and got me taken care of. He even gave me $50 off the bill. Thank u again Thomas and Dennis."

"Today I came in with my vehicle. I asked for a spark plug change and they quoted me $800 and I asked for a oil change with basic( mind you my vehicle is a V6.) They wanted to charge me a $100. This is insane pricing and they don’t care about the business. I have decided to cut ties with this company and I am canceling my credit card. Don’t do business with these guys. I prepaid for work being done and they won’t honor my prepaid work. Now they have charged me. I will say this new management is terrible and I am sorry for anyone who goes to this place for business. The hospitality is unwelcoming and I had to sit and argue with them to do right by the customer. Don’t let this company rob you with work. You can get it cheaper. This guy especially… he has terrible customer service."
