"I brought my truck to Jensen Auto to change my oil from a flyer I received in the mail on a Friday. They performed a multi-point inspection and let me know of any issues with my truck. I drove home and the next day I had a huge fluid spill down my driveway. Upon further inspection, I found the fluid to be from my transfer case. Jensen Auto was not open until Monday so I left a message. I spent over an hour cleaning my driveway. I talked to Jensen when they opened and they said they would take care of everything. I ended up tightening my transfer case fill cap So I could drive my truck so I could drive my truck. My truck was at Jensen's for about 15 minutes and they told me my transfer case fluid was full and they weren't going to do anything else Even though I lost at least a quart on my driveway and my transfer case only takes 1.5 quarts. I won't be going back to this joke of a shop again. I understand people make mistakes but the recovery of a problem comes in how you take care of an issue or how you make the customer feel. This is basic customer service 101. Jensen Auto is pretty close to my house and I was hoping to have a new mechanic but that will not be the case."

"I had an oil leak and they were able to diagnose it and repair it in a day! I'm from out of town, so they worked extra hard to get me back on the road asap and it's so appreciated. I sat in the shop most of the day and watched them be kind and helpful to everyone that walked in. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a mechanic shop!"

"Fantastic service from these guys. Had a weird clunking rattling coming from my front end. The mechanic Mike was extremely knowledgeable, and eventually was able to determine the cause, and they even charged me less than initially estimated because the fix was easier than they had originally thought. Joey at the front desk was awesome, chatted with him for a while as I was waiting, and even got me set up with a loaner car to go get my kids from school. Excellent mechanic shop, will absolutely be using them again if I have any other issues."
