"I asked one of the employees an older gentlemen for help finding something and he just ignored me. I stood next to him and asked for help and he didn’t respond or look at me. He knew I was there talking to him but he still didn’t acknowledge my existence. I figured he was busy so I waited a couple minutes but nope still nothing. So I just walked away and asked the female employee at the counter instead. She was nice and she helped me. That was really weird and uncomfortable"
