"Had a 1:00 appointment for transmission fluid. Arrived at 1:00. Was told they had to inspect the transmission before they could do anything. Ok, that's fine. Helped a girl that came in after me with a bad battery. Told another girl that her brakes were fine even though she insisted that they were squealing. They were pretty condescending to her. At 3:00 I asked the guy what time it was, "3:00" and what time was my appointment? "Oh, I don't know," I told him it was at 1:00 and it was two hours later and my truck hadn't moved. All they had to do was move my truck and do their job. When I told him that they had lost my business, he sarcastically replied, "Well, that's unfortunate." IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY!!! There was only one vehicle in the bays and no one was doing anything. This place is a joke. They might look at your car if you are an attractive female, but they won't show you respect."

"I went to Pep Boys, needing to purchase and replace the front wiper blades on my SUV. Alex was the only one working the desk, but was very courteous, efficient, and friendly. He immediately informed me that as soon as he finished up with another customer, he'd replace my wipers. Alex was juggling multiple customer concerns, but remained patient and professional, and still got me in and out quickly. I appreciated his excellent customer service!"

"The tire technician was fast did a great job making sure everything was balanced correctly. Was careful when taking off the tires and putting them back on. He even wipes down everything he touches to make he didn’t leave any black marks on the car. I will definitely recommend coming here to get tires put on you vehicle. And they were the cheapest price I found to install tires around town. Great guys for sure."

"The manager Matt, was very unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes for him to come from; Im assuming his office. When he came out he quickly said sorry , he was looking at video footage, but instead of assisting me he kept playing investigator to a prior incident. In the midst of this I told him that my service would go a lot faster if he would have assisted the me (the customer that was actually in the store, instead of listening to me and calling the number he wanted to argue and prove how he was in the right and then he called to further process the transaction."

"Waste of time. Don't waste yours. I called and scheduled an appointment for 10a this morning to have my tires rotated and balanced. I was told this service usually takes about an hour or less. Historically, with an appointment, I've never had this take more than 45 minutes. I arrived at 9:50a and stood at the check in desk until after 10a when someone finally asked if I needed help. Checked my vehicle in and sat down. About 11a I asked if there was an estimate on when my vehicle would be completed since it hadn't moved from the parking space I parked in. Was told, maybe about 12p. I told them I needed to be out of there by 11:45 due to a later appointment and having to get this vehicle back to my wife and pick up my car, etc. I was told they would see what they could do and I said, if it won't be until after 12 then I'd rather know now so I could just leave. Waited another 20 minutes and at 11:20a I was told they weren't going to get to it so I left. Out of work for over two hours this morning for a simple tire rotation and balance that I had an appointment for that couldn't be completed within two hours. Based on some of the other reviews they definitely seem to be understaffed. The staff was nice and pleasant. I think they're just making do with the situation they've been put in and don't have a way to get to everything in a day that comes in. Definitely not blaming the staff as they were as helpful as they could be. Wouldn't suggest this place unless you can just drop off your car and pick it up the next day or days later."
