I went back to the place and Justin (the manager of the place) said that my engine was broken before! I immediately went to the dealership of Lexus, The manufacturer told me that when the engine oil was replaced they fitted me with a filter that was not suitable for my vehicle so they did damage to the engine. I back to Justin the manager, and he did not want to take responsibility for the damage to my car!!! ‏I swear the god that was there fault. I bought the car two months before this oil change treatment. I will never forget this store and this story in my life."

"This is the worst place I have ever encountered. I have a suv. All I did was chenge oil for the first time with them. And usually I do an oil change next to my home. When I got out of the garage, three warning lights went on in my car. And one of the bulbs says there is no oil in the engine.
