"DO NOT take your car here to get repaired. They are liars they told me $500 to fix my car and when I went to pick it up the cost was over three times what they said. They've had my transmission for over 3 months now. I was stupid and paid almost $1,000 towards it because I needed my transmission and the owner Mike Salazar told me that there's nothing I can do and if I don't pay for it he'll just sell my transmission. This is after he told me I could take it if I paid that much and pay the rest later. They are liars and thieves. In the last month I have met four different people who've taken their vehicles there and every one of them have had the same problem."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BUSINESS. Took my car here for maintenance. Specifically told them to only do repairs I approved. When it came time to pay he told me his printer was broken so he would have to email it to me however ran payment first. When I was able to print the invoice I saw repairs that were never discussed with me totaling $250. These were cosmetic repairs and had nothing to do with the performance of the car. At closer inspection it was obvious they were salvage parts one was even broken then charged $198 for two hours work for a 15 minute job. Check engine light still on. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews Mike Salazar is the owner, Jennifer Roskelly is his daughter and co-owner, Mike Swink is his mechanic, and Chelsea Bowan is Mike Swinks wife all posing as customers. Fake reviews to boost ratings"

"It is by far the best mechanic shop ever. They also sell cars! I take everything I can’t do to them. Very trust worthy people! They don’t cut corners. They will take the time to get your veichle done right! Highly recommend ZK auto."

"I met these guys about 3 years ago, Mike is exceptional!! We met on very hard, dark, weird terms, but I could not be more impressed with his integrity. To truly help, you don't see that often in car dealerships, he could have turned us away never had to see us again but he continues to be absolutely amazing to us! A bright light in these dark times, from the bottom of my heart I can't thank him enough for his continued help to me and my family!"

"DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE OR REPAIR ONE WITH THESE GUYS Started a transmission repair with Mike, the owner. We agreed on a cost. When I came to pick up the vehicle, he increased the cost by 38%. I understand unforeseen cost increases may come up in the interim, but with almost a 40% cost increase, I should have been notified about those cost overruns before the work was completed. Had approx 15-20 return visits for the same trans. repair. Mike was never in the shop. His young minion started cursing because he wanted me to pay for the driveshaft boot and bolts that was torn and stripped during the first repair. This after I paid an additional 40% of the repair cost. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE OR REPAIR ONE WITH THESE GUYS"
