"Pros: The sub contractors used were very high quality. Overall finished pool quality was very good due to the sub contactors selected. Cons: We had to manage the build start to finish ourselves. We may as well have done an owner build. Communication was poor when dealing with build issues and a contract that was supposed to take 12-16 weeks actually took 30weeks. Towards the end of the project the owner of Antler, Nick, tried to pressure us into giving him final payment when there was still a broken light in the pool that he had failed to fix. Repeatedly attempted to tell us it was a warranty issue and it was our problem. This along with several other unsavory interactions made for an unpleasant pool build experience."
