"Aisles tend to be blocked off at times where it seems nothing is going on in the area for that to be warranted, which is unfortunate when you’re trying to look at items located in between the blocked off areas. App is not accurate for what is in stock in store. Garden center is nice and employees are there if you need them without hovering."

"A longtime customer who will NEVER enter this Lowes again after today and advise any reader to stay away from this store. I ordered a product on line for same day delivery. Two hours later I received a call, email and text from Lowes saying delivery was made and left in my driveway. Impossible as I was home all day working in my driveway and no trucks, van or delivery was made. I called Lowes. After at least 4 calls and more than a hour on hold, their response was nothing they could do about it because they show a delivery. As proof they sent a photo of the product sitting on a slab of concrete. I noted first that half the delivery was missing in the photo and next I sent them a photo of my empty driveway showing the actual address on my mailbox. They still said not their problem. So I then drove to the edmond store and presented my photo showing my empty drive and requested the order be cancelled and refunded as nondelivered. Lowes outright refused to do so. Their reasoning was that their computer showed delivery, although now they fully admitted that their driver did not deliver the product to my house. At most they would let me load up the product there in my own in my car but I would still be charged the $150 delivery fee as well as the product cost otherwise I could forget about it as not their problem. (Surrounding customers were also taken aback). So, I asked, you now admit I paid for a product to be delivered and you now admit the product was not delivered to me, but not your problem as your computer showed it delivered... Somewhere else....but not to me, nonetheless I could not cancel the order or get a full refund as failed deliveries are not Lowes problem. Thats right said Lowes: take it or leave it! An hour later, after the local manager had shrugged and walked off a young clerk feeling my pain issued a refund for the product price and the delivery charge. (Undoubtedly that young clerk will later get a beatdown from the belligerent local manager.) Never have I been so rudely treated as a customer simply asking to cancel and refund a nondelivered product. Never ever again will I step foot in Edmond Lowes on 2nd Street: Home depot here I come!"

"I found everything I needed just fine, but the last two times I've been there I've heard the staff making a big deal out of finding someone to load stuff up for customers. One was a lady and the other was an elderly man, and the staff said we probably can't help you do that. I made sure to walk by customer service on my way out and let them know what was said and how ridiculous it was."
