"Very poor experience with Diamond Springs. After 3 years of chronic pain with no real answers from other clinics, a friend suggested I go see Diamond Springs. They asked a bunch of questions, didn’t really want to listen to my answers and just ordered labs. They did not tell me they were ordering $2,679 worth of labs and they did not tell me they would be charging me almost $400 for an office visit where it was implied that all my issues with knee and elbow pain would be fixed by taking fish oil supplements. It took 2 months to get the lab results which no doctor would actually talk to me about the results. And they wanted to do their own labs instead of looking at the multiple other labs that I have had done in the past 2 years for this exact same problem. What did the results of the labs say? A hand written note saying “take fish oil supplements.” There was no follow up about anything. I never even spoke with the doctor. I sat down with the NP, who rambled on for an hour asking me questions and not listening to my answers and I’m pretty confident he never even spoke with the doctor about the issue I came to the clinic for. This is a sad excuse for a medical clinic and speaks to the reason for our failing medical system. Charging me $400 for a guy to ramble on to me and to get my blood drawn. Never considering looking at the results of multiple other times I’ve had labs drawn. I will never go back to this place. I will never suggest anyone go to this place. And I will shout it to the sky to avoid this place at all cost. This place is a sham, who’s product is to push grocery store supplements to you for every ailment you have. I’m disgusted by their business practices and sad that people just trying to look for help with getting answers are pushed aside. (And I took the fish oil supplements with no success and I explicitly told them I was not looking for pain killers but was looking for a cause of the pain and actual ways to treat the joint pain to heal it)."

"Going there was a completely different experience. These guys actually LISTEN to you and take you seriously. My daughter's main concern was stomach pain that other doctors just waived off. Diamond Tree figured out it was several food allergies. Her life has improved dramatically since seeing them. They are wonderful at working with you on making the price affordable. They gave a cash discount, and even six months later there have been no surprise bills, which has not been my experience elsewhere."

"Love Dr. Moore! She asks her patients questions, she listens to everything her patients are telling her and she is not in a rush to see you and get you out the door. Also she will look for alternative ways to help you instead of just prescribing a pill to fix it. She looks at everything going on in your life and looks at the big picture, not just the problem. Wish there were more doctors like her."
