We have a sliding fee scale for the uninsured, and provide healthcare services at no charge to PITU Tribal members and other Purchased Referred Care (PRC) eligible Native Americans. Everyone is welcome at FourPoints Health, where we are dedicated to helping you live a healthy and fulfilled lifestyle.
