"I love my urologist, but this review is for the office. Every time I've called, the receptionists have transferred me to their "triage line" which is a misnomer. There is no triage line. It is an answering machine that no one checks. I have had literal emergencies that required advice from my urologist. Instead of taking any notes or passing any information to the healthcare staff I have been hung up on, or transfered to the answering machine. In the office I have specifically asked them to call me by my middle name instead of my first name because it's a disability related trigger. They always call me by my first name. If I am not in the office with an appointment with my urologist I am dismissed and treated with contempt. The front desk receptionists ignore everything that isn't scheduling. Even then they will make mistakes and mix things up. They are apathetic and mean. This whole office needs a serious overhaul. Their poor performance is affecting my physical health. If I had any other choice, I would go elsewhere. But there is only 1 female urologist in the state and this is where she's available."
