"Another bust to get migraine help. I showed up early for my appt to check in and even provided a med list/health history to help Dr. Groves with my care. Instead of getting real help, he basically shoved samples in my face and didn’t give any advice. The whole appt took maybe 3 mins (literally) and I don’t think he even looked at my current med list. He didn’t even mention when to follow up or that it’s with a different provider. The front desk notified me. Dumbfounded and shocked, I walked out to my car. Only then, I realized the samples are for meds I can’t afford and I don’t even know how to take them. I called the office back, but the message said to logon to an online portal to get help in a few days… I tried making a login for “FollowMyHealth” but it even 1 week later my office notes, messages, etc aren’t uploaded. I work for a doctors office myself and feel like this place could do much better with communication. Especially after I waited 3+ months to be seen. I’m in desperate need for migraine help. Disappointed ."

Vanessa has provided ongoing care and contact that has left us both reassured that Diana has finally found a neurological practice that knows what they are doing... and do so with consistent and professional care.
