"I am disappointed with the front desk. I had my appointment on Monday which was at 945 we showed up late because of traffic since we live in eagle mountain the lady in the front said she couldn’t take us in because of their 15min policy… we walked in at 956 we were still within that time frame . She went off how it would make her fall behind on appointments I’m not sure how if she was already cancelling my husband she could have done mine but it didn’t feel like she wanted to . I took the loss on the long drive…. Called and rescheduled since she didn’t do it that day the rescheduled me for Wednesday . Then called the day off to say they had to cancel because their was no one to approve it. And wouldn’t be able to do it until first week of January. We have came here for different things and liked the place but after this we will not be coming back."
