He somehow manages to quickly move through questions, giving good explanations along the way, shows great care, considers other possible areas of concern connected to symptoms mentioned, offers additional blood work that might be needed, goes over the results of your blood work (not just saying you are within normal ranges, but noticing and informing you if your levels have shifted or organ function has changed), and warmly wraps up without leaving you feeling rushed or dismissed. I can go a year without seeing him and he still remembers me and greets me warmly. He is a rare treasure in his combination of intelligence, warmth, patience, efficiency, and communication. I get nervous going into doctors sometimes, but visiting his office is always a good experience. His front desk staff are also kind and have a good sense of humor. His MA is friendly and seems to have a natural heart to serve. Even the phlebotomist who took multiple blood samples was not only funny and warm but she successfully got into my vein on the first try and it was essentially painless. Dr. Al-Rayess and his team have my respect and deepest appreciation."
