Reviews of Live Strong House
"I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff and the program. Our son was at Live Strong for almost 1 year after his woods program. He and our family unit now have a cohesive relationship we would previously not dare to dream possible. Our son is now flourishing and we really believe it is thru the work at Live Strong that made it all possible. Paul, Mark and Eddie (Aaron), the program founders, are the most genuine, caring, knowledgeable and trust worthy people. They have a unique gift for hiring incredible staff that truly recognize the individual in order to determine path for their success. Additionally, the program also has incredible resources for not just the son but also for the entire family to gain tremendous insight and learning that drives growth and forward momentum. If anyone has questions about the program and my family’s experience at LiveStong, please reach out to Eddie who can put us in touch with one another — we would love to be a resource. Our family is forever grateful for our LiveStrong family."
"We started this process through an EC (educational consultant) who presented LSH after our first TBS (therapeutic boarding school) closed mid-treatment. She presented it given the progress our 17 year old had made at his first TBS post wilderness as he needed a bit more structure in the home coming right out of wilderness and LSH seems to be a better fit to adjust the kiddos back to reality. Yes, our son threatened to leave at 18, but it wasn’t even a thing as his birthday came and went. We were able to visit on several occasions, including parent Summit, a must. The relationships built between our son and our family and the staff and other families is like nothing I’ve seen before. Our son graduated a little over a year ago and he lives in his own apartment and figuring out how to adult. We prioritize connection and have Sunday dinners together."
"Our son recently graduated from LSH after being there a year. I have nothing but extremely positive things to say about this school. Every staff member and teacher were very focused on providing excellent care and education for my son. This school is far from our home and we had to learn trust and to believe in the system. It was difficult at first. Our son didn't like it and he didn't want to be there. Overtime he built many relationships and started to enjoy his time there so much that it was hard for him to leave when graduation came. They became a second family to him. He is doing much better now thanks to the LSH."
"Our son, attended Live Strong after his Woods Program. After looking at various options for a TBS, Live Strong with its program and unique living situation (no dorms here) provided the best transition for our son, who ended up thriving. The staff is great and would recommend the overall program."
"Our son spent 8 months at live strong house. It wasn’t his first placement. They were kind and loving to him and us. By far the best program in the country in my opinion. They provided a safe loving place for him to live and grow and therapy for all of us so that we could come back together and be a family. 5 stars isn’t enough I wish I could give them Fifty stars. Everyone here including the young men are beautiful people!!"
