"I scheduled an appointment about a week ago. I came for my appointment and was told I didn't have one. The receptionist went to the back and returned about 5 minutes later and loudly announced that if I have an emergency, such as a UTI or yeast infection, to return for urgent care. Everyone in the waiting room was staring at me. Later, I called and was told I can return and wait for urgent care no matter what my illness. I'm not sure what to say, but what a terrible experience. Complete incompetence."

"What an absolute joke. I'm sure the practitioners are great, but the front desk was horrible. Walked in for an urgent call, I had called ahead to say we are coming, Got there and all the people at the front desk were watching videos and eating while phones were ringing. I asked to see the doctor and they said they don't have any in and that I needed to go somewhere else. Really? Please don't waste your time especially if it's urgent, go to Davis family physicians."
