Day of appointment, less than 3 hours away, called again and cancelled. 3 separate excuses given as to why. Office staff laughed in my face regarding matter. So, i hung up the phone. Worst customer AND patient care I have ever witnessed. Needless to say wouldn't recommend this doctor to a cockroach. Good luck to you if this giant douche is your physician."

"I really have loved Dr. Bitner as my OB. He is kind, compassionate, patient, and very well educated. I had a kidney stone removed when I was 6 months pregnant and he came in and sat with me and even gave me a hug. He said "looks like it's been a hard day for you. " So genuine and sweet. He has good bed side manner but like most docs they always seem to be in a rush for your checkups when your pregnant but when it counts he has been there!!! I love the staff and the nurses are excellent and very warm. I would recommend him to anyone!!"
