"I have had the same experience as some of the others. I wouldn't get called back to schedule appointments I would have to call multiple times. I spent over $1800 on just the visits and am not any better off than I was a year ago. I felt at the beginning that it was working but over time it got worse and the bandaids that were given to help made things worse. The pharmacist I have dealt with seems to know more than the doctors. So disappointed and I had a few members of my family have the same issues. Definitely would not recommend anyone who has severe issues to spend the money. Find someone who will look at everything going on. I am sure there are plenty that have minor imbalances and they would be fine. Definitely not enough care for each patient."
"I wish more women knew about this. For you girls out there that are feeling depressed, low energy, anxious, like you can't lose weight, severe mood swings...if you have ever said you don't "feel like yourself" anymore, and you've been trying lots of different ways to fix it...then this might be for you. For myself, the awful change came after pregnancy, but I also know of women who struggle and aren't moms. I've had such a wonderful experience so far with Utah Wellness Institute. I am SEEING RESULTS. I'm starting to feel like myself again. The doctors and nurses have all been extremely detailed, knowledgeable, and upfront about the supplements and costs. They have updated my diets and supplement amounts based on my current pregnancy, and seem invested in my best interests. I will say this: it's going to be expensive. These types of services aren't usually covered by insurance. I feel like it should be, with how much of a difference it has made for me. But there's not much that can be done about that. They have a pricing page that lays put the costs, but the total amount really depends on how many categories you fall into. Most people I know who are also in this program fell under 3 to 4 categories, meaning they paid somewhere between $1,600 and $1,800 for the year, plus paying for the supplements and their refills. That being said, if you really do want to start feeling like yourself again, then do what you can to save up for this program. I was suffering from postpartum depression, extremely low energy, severe mood swings, and terrible nighttime anxiety. I couldn't lose weight easily. I don't have any of that anymore. I feel amazing! Thank you, THANK YOU, for fixing me!"
"I reached out to Jones after hearing him on a Podcast. I'm in Texas so I had my labs done locally and then met with Jones. Paid the money for the consultation for him to review my results. He told me I was prediabetic. Very low thyroid with several other issues. Not knowing how to read my own results I didn't notice that only 2 things were out of range because this guy gave me his own sheets to print out so he could tell me the results. The results from the lab only showed I was low in Vitamin D and DHEA. He wanted $2000 to treat me PLUS $200/month for meds that could only come from HIS pharmacy. Went for a second opinion and I'm my labs came back fine. My A1C which Jones DID NOT do was was 4.8. My glucose this time was 71. On the first test with Jones it was 93. I went Keto right after speaking with him. BEWARE!! He is not in it to help you and may end up giving you meds you do not need."
"I am so grateful for the results from the treatment I’ve been receiving. After baby number two i suddenly found myself suffering from major anxiety (that could not be calmed down even though I’d learned to keep my anxiety and stress under control years before) extreme headaches and migraines, major fatigue, and lack of luster for life. Within a month of receiving treatment the headaches were completely gone, three months the anxiety completely gone, and at six months my fatigue is barely noticeable. I feel like I have my life back and now know the answers to what was causing these issues (hypothyroid, anemia, low iodine, etc.) so that I can keep them under control in the future. I love that dr Jones talks with me once a month instead of just giving me a diagnosis and sending me on my way. I highly recommend checking out this clinic!"
"I have been receiving bio-identical hormone treatment from Dr. Jones at the Utah Wellness Institute since March 2018. I initially scheduled an appointment with Dr. Jones after I had half of my thyroid removed due to a benign nodule and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I chose this facility because I had passed it multiple times going to and from work, however, I wish that I would have done more research online and read the reviews before committing. I had a lot of hope in the beginning that my symptoms could be made better through treatment. However, this facility asks that you pay for your full-treatment upfront which only includes 10-minute visits every 2-3 months and not the supplements/hormones themselves which can be very expensive. A big red flag for me was that Dr. Jones didn’t check my blood levels after my initial visit despite my worsening symptoms 1-2 months into treatment. Our visits were short and unhelpful, and I felt like my symptoms were just brushed off each visit and that minor adjustments were made based off of what Dr. Jones thought was best opposed to actual checking to see what needed to be adjusted. It wasn’t until my most recent visit (January 2019) that I asked why we hadn’t been checking my blood despite my worsening symptoms and we finally ordered a blood test. I voiced my concern that I may be becoming immune to my treatment and he said that that can happen without offering a solution, just that “it can happen”. After that visit, I immediately decided to end my treatment in lieu of finding a provider with more professionalism and dedication to my health and well-being. Overall, I am very disappointed with my treatment and I highly suggest that others do thorough research and read reviews before choosing a provider."
