"Huge breakdown in communication and lack of prompt patient care. Somehow there needs to be quicker response to patient needs, questions, and concerns. Don't keep telling patients you will send their message to the doctor "with a rush" and will have medical team call you back "stat" and never actually call back. Very disappointed in this department at the University of Utah."
