"I despise coming going to Shriners, we only go occasionally because it is down the street. The reason I don’t like it is for one employee, Isabel has such bad attitude and a heavy voice, we dislike her vibe it just doesn’t feel like a good place. The previous time we went we had asked for help from isabel and all she did was 1: give us attitude and 2: after she said she’ll get help for us she instead went on her phone for 17 minutes. We always see her poke fun at the poor children that coming into Shriners. We hope Isabel does not continue to work in this profession and soon terminated for her uncanny behavior."
