"I can't speak to the facility as a whole, however I do not recommend Dr. Celia Posada to anyone who needs psychiatric services. My initial intake appointment went well enough, however both telehealth appointments I scheduled after were missed by Dr. Posada with no notice or consideration for my time and wellbeing. After the first time she missed an appointment, I sent a message through the portal asking for a refill on my meds so I wouldn't be without them while waiting for my new appointment. She called ten minutes after sending it with no apology and only a half baked excuse as to why she missed it, but she refilled my prescription so I went ahead and scheduled another follow up appointment as I wanted to give her another chance. The second time she missed an appointment with no notice, I sent a message letting her know of my frustrations and received a very flimsy apology and a "I don't usually miss appointments" despite having missed two of mine in a row. Had I not messaged her either time I wonder if I would have heard from her at all. The negligence and unprofessionalism I experienced with her is not something anyone should ever have to deal with while seeking psychiatric help, and I feel I would be negligent as well if I didn't say something."

"My birthday spa day getaway was the best! Really have no words. Marsha, Shaunda and Traci are my new besties. They made me feel so special on my big day. Whenever I need a place to renew and regenerate, I will take the drive to Tulsa."

"I first met Marsha through grief counseling 5 years ago. I had such a good experience I decided to lean on her again when I realized I haven't been taking care of myself. I started on a new journey with her today. I had a body scan which was not a picture I'd be proud to show around! :-) But she's agreed to help me get a better meal plan under control and hopefully at least a little better looking body scan next time :-) I also enjoyed working with her very helpful assistants. "I had just suffered from the loss of my father passing and I received a gift certificate for a massage at Destiny Wellness Center. I was grieving & thought is was a nice gesture. However, I wasn't very excited about going. Out of respect & love for the person who purchased it...I went. Jessica was the massage therapist and she did an amazing job. I had no idea how much I would enjoy the session and how much I needed it! It was one step that drew me closer to peace during the journey of healing from grief. Kim"
