"I wish I would’ve been here when they were consistent and actually cared about patients. I asked for simple letters and it took months for anyone to let me know that couldn’t do it. Instead I was given the run around. When I finally snapped and asked for who would take accountability for the wrong information both the front desk and physical therapist hung up on me. Mind you I’m now going to be out hundreds of dollars. They get an attitude with YOU for their mistakes and then disregard your complaints entirely. They completely negated the fact that I’m reasonably upset after being told incorrect information for way too long. If you want things done maybe dont go here."

"My GP sent me here to get evaluated for a wheelchair prescription to send to insurance and was confident I would get one. I don't remember the name of the lady that evaluated me for my appointment. I was asked why I wanted a wheelchair and explained my reasoning. My referral listed all my corresponding medical diagnoses. She pushed hard on me signing up for PT sessions. I said I'd think about it. Got a call a few days later following up and I told her I wasn't interested in PT and asked when I'd hear back about my wheelchair prescription and she said "oh, I determined you didn't need it. You'd just benefit from more physical therapy" I've done physical therapy, multiple times. I don't want more. I want a wheel chair I don't have to rent, that's fitted to me, that wasn't left out in the rain, so I can push myself when my family goes to the zoo or a museum or aquarium because I cannot walk long distances due to chronic pain. Not fatigue. PAIN. I was not listened to. I wasted time and money and took a major hit to my mental health once again, just trying to make my life a little easier."
