"Very happy with the price and quality of service. I brought in my favorite pair of casual shoes, so heavily worn after 10+ years of use that the soles were detaching. They re-glued and pressed them so well, they’ve likely bought me another 10 years with these shoes. A+"

"Absolutely 100% the worst customer service ever. I dropped off three pairs of shoes for repair in March. He charged me $35 on the spot. I’ve been back three times now and they still aren’t ready. Last excuse was his wife took them to storage bc there’s black mold growing in the place? I want my shoes. He says he will call me and never does. No one answers the phone either. Total BS place."

"He’s had 2 pairs of mine since first week of March. I called and called. No answer no vm to leave message..nothing! I finally stopped by on 4/19. He said they were in the press and would be ready tomorrow or next day. He explained he’s been out with pneumonia. I felt bad and removed the review. Here I am 4/18 and no word and again..calling a phone that does nothing but ring."

"My mom and I wanted to try this store out because we saw good reviews at the time. We went to have my mom's shoes polished and have been waiting for about a week in a half. I haven't received a call from the guy at all, so I tried calling the store everyday, but no answer☹️ The bad part is that you have to pay once you drop off your shoes! I hope get my shoes soon."
