Macy's

"Very disappointed. We were in Tulsa for the day and decided to shop. We don't have a Macy's and often they're very nice stores. This is not. It is small, run down, the dressing rooms are dark with broken doors, lacking hooks to hang clothes on. We were prom.dress shopping and a little early the section was small and very few prices to pick from with 4 other familes in that section and no one working it. The rest of the mall is in much better condition."

"Like Macy's, but their new security measures are kinda crazy right now. Many of the items not only have the security tags, but are tethered (locked) down. So now you need to find an acceptable associate to unlock items off the shelves and racks to try on or purchase. Our associate had to grab 3 different keys to help us get what we wanted to purchase. Just crazy..."

"My mom and I had lots of fun at Macy’s today. It was a Sunday, so they were fully staffed. Their Christmas decor and ambience was very pleasant."

"Horrible customer service. Placed order 11/02, needed 11/16. After multiple calls it was determined that the 11/04 shipment date was only label created” and took them until 11/14 to figure out they lost the package and never shipped it. They reordered and guaranteed delivery on 11/16. Here it is and same issue, label created but UPS still does not have the package. Will remove Macys from my retailers to shop online. One more reason to shop Amazon."

"Hadn't been to this Macy's in year. Run down. Very few employees. Closed dressing rooms. Poor selection in clothing department. I wasn't surprised. Used to be my favorite store. It's just slipping away like all brick and mortar department stores. Sad"
