"This has got to be the worst Walgreens in the area. The pharmacy is closed at random times even when they say they’re open, so I now have to put in requests to have ALL of my prescriptions moved to a different pharmacy. I can’t be without my medications for more than a day and this always seems to be an issue here, so I just won’t be dealing with it anymore. I hope whoever owns/operates this store does something about the poor staffing and poor management but I doubt it."

"I want to start off by saying the employees have always been helpful and nice, but the management of this location has to be one of the worst managed stores I've ever come across. I can't count the number of times the pharmacy has been inexplicably closed (like it has been the past two days, and several times in the past). I have heart medication I depend on, and at least three times in the past year (and many last year) the pharmacy has been closed or had some weird issue. Again, the employees have been nice, but I'm moving all my prescriptions somewhere else. This place is horribly managed. EDIT: Despite this store having issues, the pharmacist was willing to help me out and try to get my prescriptions despite them being closed. Again, very appreciative of the employees, they've always been great, just wish they could work out some of the other issues."

"Don't bother trying to ship anything through Fed Ex at this location. The Employee had no idea how to help me and the Manager that was in the Office explaining on the headset, didnt bother to come assist. I was litterally the only customer in this Store at this time. The Manager told me to go to a different location, instead of coming to help ship my package."

"I had called ahead of time to pick up my pain medication before my surgery the next morning. I listened as the automated prompt specifically said their lunch hour was between 12-1230. I go in at 1:11 to walk to the back and find the pharmacy closed. As I asked the front why the pharmacy was closed, I was told they were on lunch. When telling the cashier I was given the wrong information per their automated service, she only shrugged and stated they had asked to change the times before but corporate hadn’t changed it. I don’t like anywhere near my surgery site so I will have to wait until a family member who’s transporting me after the surgery can stop and pick them up."
