Reviews
"It can be extremely busy the first two weeks of the month. Generally, it's well stocked and staff when you can get their attention are friendly. Front of store staff has always been friendly and accessible."
"Not too bad at least they have stopped asking people after paying by asking for a receipt. It makes everyone feel like criminals. And I will never voluntarily offer my receipt ever again. If you think I have stolen something then call the police and higher more cashiers to watch and ring people up. Its a stupid practice to stop people like that makes people feel violated when you stop them and ask for their receipt It's not right. And not good business practices."
"Here we go again. Just look! BAD ORANGE JUICE IN THEIR OWN FRIDGE. This store is going down from bad to worse. C’MON WALMART WE CAN DO BETTER!!! Send corporate to check on current management. Soon people will be piling up with litigations due to bad product. Let’s stop this from happening. Only you guys have the power to make changes on this store. Our money is still good here, right???? I thank you beforehand for your time in reading this."
"I LOVE WALMART. Please don’t let me be misunderstood. I LOVE WALMART. The reason that Walmart got this one star is not because WALMART ITSELF but because the managers at this location they don’t give a damn about this place at all. All of them managers are incompetent, inconsiderate, and they do not understand a single word about customer service, product presentation and more over the product quality and consumables such orange juice going rancid and bread going stale. I did noticed that after I bought a half a gallon of orange juice the printed date assured me that I will be drinking “fresh” orange juice, but it didn’t happen so. I said to myself, oh well maybe the juice went bad from the store to my house (7 miles away from this Walmart). I didn’t give it a thought and I just put it away. I then went and bought another half of gallon of orange juice, same brand different type. I got home, poured me a glass, and again the juice was rancid, bad. I couldn’t believe it. This last time I went back to this Walmart and I noticed full gallons of juice expanding to the max . The gallons looked like roundish. A couple of managers were going by and I let them know that that juice in the fridge was already bad and that I had had the experience myself with some half gallons and of two different types of juice same brand. They just laughed, shrugged their shoulders and kept walking. I had to stop them and made them look at the gallons of arrange juice foaming inside the gallon. I asked them about refund for my past purchases of orange juice, the tall super heavy manager walked around myself and said that the system will not let him get me a refund. And he kept walking. Today I went by the store again and it looks filthy all around. The management there is unprofessional, and irresponsible. They really don’t care what we think about Walmart at all. This is a cry for help from corporate, to please come and help us customers get our groceries money worth. We need our products to make it home and be good as per the printed “best by” date. To be respected as customers, to be treated with respect, to be able to get refund for spoiled food. One dollar does not come easy. And when our food goes bad the same day or day after purchase, is making us lose money, get sick and feel resentful about Walmart. Please CORPORATE, please, help us get our groceries money worth. Please come and take a look at this store and the managers’ attitudes and unprofessional customer service toward people that is trying to do the right thing by notifying them of the overlooked bad food in the fridges and shelves. Thank you and my apologies for just giving one star only. I was gonna go and ask for a refund for these juices but as per the manager . The system will not be able to let them refund me my spent hard earned money. Thank you again for reading this complaint. Until next time. Sincerely, A hurting customer."
