"Trying to celebrate tryouts, the online order said 25 min. We waited 43 - most of that was in the bench in the lobby, to find out food was just sitting on the shelf. Walked out and one meal was missing. Cold fries. Cold wings. Frustrated. Wasted my time. And money. Food is amazing but the business is poorly run. It is not the first time our order is late or wrong."

"First thing they told us was that the classic wings would take 18 min to prepare. 40 minutes later we got our food. All the same wings. Two guys moving at half speed equals not going back. 15 bucks for 6 wing combo is a ripoff"

"I ordered a pick up online for boneless wings. Once I got home i started eating and as i took a bite i realized the inside was RAW! So i spat it out. I called the store and they just said they could remake the order, but I'm too disturbed to want to eat it again. So i asked for a refund and they said i can't get one from them since i placed my order online, so Now i have to call corporate just to get a refund and i have no lunch."

"Ordered a 10 piece classic combo 5 lemon pepper 5 hot honey and voodoo Fries!. services was fast but when I got my order it was all wrong regular fries and my wings were all wet! Lemon pepper and hot honey are dry rubs and they acted like they didn’t have any dry rubs?? Didn’t like the flavors at all both flavors were off"

"The flavors are amazing! The thing falling short for me are the fries. They were soggy and soooo salty! The ranch is great and the customer service was good. I went at a very busy time and they got my order out promptly"
