"The food was exact to order. We ordered food to stay, it took about 15 mins before it came. Which I was surprised because it was super dead. We got there at like 10:30 am it also took forever to order on their kiosk I think we spent like 20 mins ordering. Overall it was neither the best nor worst McDonald's we've had."
"i really hate posting a negative review for any business. but this was the nastiest mcdonalds i’ve ever been to. ordered 4 mc chickens and large fries for me and my buddy, took forever to prepare my order. and when they came up with it, the burgers were so dry and cold, had absolutely no taste. the fries were cold too. had to throw more than half of the order. was very disappointing."
"After a door dash employee had stolen my order I went in and explained my situation and they were awesome and got my food re ordered for me. This is the only McDonald's I've gotten amazing customer service at. We have gone here often and they always get our food right, they always greet us with a smile, and they always do what's right when other companies fail too. Very glad that we live so close to them"
"Carla and Blessing were both so delightful tonight! Sometimes you're just having a night and need McDonald's. We've all been there. This was that night. But the closest McDonald's system was down. We were heart broken. Carla and Blessing fixed our hearts, and gave us better service than we deserved. 10/10 best McDonald's experience."
"I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe and I got bun, toppings, NO CHICKEN! How does that happen?! They also messed up my son's order and he's picky. Usually this location does good. I'm so mad and hungry."
