"Edit: this review was actually for the Springville location. But I went again tonight and it was excellent. Great food and great service. Old review: The food was excellent and came quickly once I ordered. I would give five stars except that the service was very poor. The restaurant was nearly empty when I came in. The young man who was running the front seated me and appeared to promptly become unaware of my presence. I tried to give him a chance but finally (after at least 10 minutes) stood up, found him and asked to place my order. Number one they need more staff (it was busier when I left). Number two he was not busy when I came in and basically ignored me. I hope they get their act together in terms of service so they can stay in business."

"My first time there and Elizabeth was very helpful in showing me there selections and what was popular and she checked to see if I enjoyed the food! I enjoyed the chicken satay and Tom Ga Kai soup. Unique flavor, not salty. Dining room had a very nice atmosphere to it. I enjoyed sitting on the cushions. I am a big man but there was plenty of room. I am definitely going back again! 2nd time - Dinner Elizabeth was perfect as our host! And the dinner was Fabolously flavorful! Chop stick friendly, colorful main course dishes! High quality cuts of meat and vegetables! I cannot give it enough praise! My new favorite place to eat! 3rd visit - Lunch This time Narisa served us wonderful tasty dishes. We had the Thai Fried Rice and Pineapple Fried Rice. The food is always the finest quality of meats and vegetables. Quickly served and hot with a variety of range hot spices. Truly my favorite Thai restaurant! 4th visit Still Super"

"Bangkok Grill is what I love about Utah; first generation Americans trying to offer their authentic cuisine. Well, in this case it closed for awhile but the son reopened. My niece who lived in Thailand loves the Waterfall beef and pineapple fried rice. So do we now (asked the Mrs to take a photo of them but she just handed my phone back.) My end of the table enjoyed the Pad Himmapap (stir fry) and yellow pumpkin curry. All excellent. Good solid home style Thai food. Not the top Thai (you know the places in Las Vegas, Queens & LA) but delicious."

"This is a hidden gem in a remote location. It is near a busy intersection, but is hard to see from the road. But definitely worth a visit. The price is very reasonable with most dishes under $10, and the taste is phenomenal. It has a very open feel to the dining room, and has some very unique seats on the right side that make for a fun dining experience, where you can sit next to friends without moving chairs around. Wonderful place."

"The food was great and it didn’t take very long for them to bring it out. I was also very impressed with the waitress because she brought out some peppers so that we could make the food a little bit more spicy if we wanted. Word of warning, the spice goes along way! The portion sizes were great and even gave us enough to take food home to make a fairly good-sized lunch the next day. They were also nice enough to send us with extra rice for the curry. I will definitely return to this place."
