"Look, I came to Arby's because I had some coupons. Going out to eat these days is cost prohibitive, so I don't usually don't go out to eat unless I have some sort of coupon to use. After trying to hand the drive thru guy my coupons, he claimed he "already put them in, and I can keep the coupons", then proceeded to charge me for the full amount and insist he put the coupons in though the receipt certainly didn't account for it. I don't like to be lied to. If he didn't want to accept the coupons, he could have just told me and I would have gone somewhere else. I realize this sounds petty and stupid, but everything is so expensive right now that every little bit saved is helpful. I suppose I will think twice before trying to go to Arby's again..."
"They have really stepped up their game! Food has been spot on and delish! The employees are the best so kind and attractive. This has now become our favorite place to go! Of course writing this has now got my belly growling and my taste buds craving."
"I had a great experience here tonight. The food was great. The service was excellent. I love their Happy Hour specials. One small complaint, though. This location has horrible parking. But it wouldn't stop me from coming here again. Overall, this location is worth trying."

"It's OK. Weird layout at this location. I had their rib sandwich, the one they were ribbing the McRib about. It was a solid five stars by itself. I still haven't forgiven them for discontinuing the potato cakes though."
