"I just did Thanksgiving there today and they did a fantastic job. It was just $16 tip not including the tip. For that amount I got turkey, dressing sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, cornbread, a biscuit a drink with free refills and a slice of pumpkin pie. Our food server did a great job too. Considering how busy it was, the service was very fast. They do offer takeout as well. Back when I was in OTR driver cracker barrel was one of my standby restaurants for me. So I have eaten a lot of cracker barrels throughout the country. If you have one anywhere near you, I highly recommend it."

"9/23/23 I was able to get in touch with a manager this morning who was helpful and gave me a partial reimbursement to for what was missing. 9/22/23 I've really enjoyed cracker barrel in the past and was excited to go back since I was in the area. We placed an online order for pickup on the way home from Spanish Fork. Everyone was helpful in the store, and we got the food when they said it would be done. But when I got home (20 minutes away) I discovered that we were missing a side and a kids chocolate milk, plus the gravy was wrong and instead of a loaded sweet potato there was just the potato without toppings. It's especially frustrating to have high expectations of a place and being disappointed. Also I noticed they have a quality check on the bottom of the receipt that wasn't filled out, which would have prevented the problem. I understand that mistakes happen and people are busy, so I was happy to call and see if delivery was possible for the missing items. I gotta through but was put on hold, then the call was dropped, and when I tried to call back the phone just rang, and rang. I would have loved to just get all my items, but if not, it would at least be nice to not have to pay for what I didn't get."

"I had a relatively good experience here tonight. I love the food. I think what Cracker Barrel offers is wonderful. Plus, their prices are reasonable for the portions of food given. The problem I do have is with the service. My server didn't seem too busy, and she always apologized, yet it did take a lot of time to receive that service. And this isn't the first time I've had this issue with this particular restaurant. Overall, despite the service, this place may be worth trying again."
