"I was tasked with finding new scrubs for our office team with specific requirements on color, style, and shape. I was trying to find solutions on my own when I went inside Raley Scrubs. I walked in and was greeted with a huge smile and a willingness to help. I had a negative previous experience at another local scrub store and admittedly I was pretty reluctant to communicate my specific needs. I did however let them know what I was looking for and how many employees I needed to fit (over 20). They said that Julie Horgan is a part of their group sales department and would be able to help. They took my info and the very next day she reached out to me. Julie was incredibly kind, caring, and accommodating! She was willing to bring different styles to my office in all sizes to have my staff try on whatever sizes they needed. She supplied order forms and was able to leave the scrubs at our office so everyone would be able to try them on in between patient care time. This was the most positive experience I have ever had regarding scrubs and I could not recommend this company enough to anyone that wants EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you, Julie!!"

"Very excellent service, I went to this store for my first time and they had everything that I needed in stock all I had to do was send my shirts to get monogrammed and they told me it would take up to 4 days but I was rushing to get them at least by my start date and Mrs. Kelly was able to get them ready before my start date. She did the upmost for me and thanks to her I'm going to be able to wear my scrubs on my first day of work. I highly recommend this store to everyone."
