"Such a fun place to shop while picking up my meds. Every single staff person that has helped us out has been friendly and courteous! Will never use another pharmacy as long as this location is open. Five Stars really isn’t even enough for the hospitality we are shown each and every visit."
"I have no other choice for a pharmacy thanks to my insurance. Every time I run into some sort of issue. Most constant is my 3 month refill. I keep careful track when it will be ready. I call ahead before driving. “Oh we don’t have it ready. Just give us until this afternoon.” I drive over 4 hours later (plenty of time). Drive thru: “oh we don’t have it ready. Give us 20 minutes.” Giving time I drive back and they tell me they only have enough for 1 month supply. (The 1 month costs more than getting the 3 month) I run out of my meds the following day so what am I supposed to do?! I pay an extra $60 dollars because they can’t keep track of their customers whose lives are in their hands! They never have the amount of meds my insurance asks them to give me. Tip: my husband could create a program that makes a lot of their issues straightened."
"This is the closest pharmacy to my house, but the customer service was so poor behind the pharmacy counter, that I will go out of my way to use any other pharmacy to fill prescriptions in the future. Jackie specifically was rude and dismissive. I had just gotten out of surgery and was picking up my pain medication prescription, hoping to get it filled before the pain kicked in. I went back to the pharmacy to check on the status, and was told that since this was a narcotic prescription, the wait time would be longer, and it would take 30-60 minutes to fill. So I waited in-store, just hoping the post-surgery pain didn't kick in before I could get my prescription and get home. 60 minutes passed, I heard no update, so I got back in line. After a lengthy wait in line, Jackie informed me that my prescription hadn't been filled, and basically gave me the same line I'd received an hour ago, as if my initial interaction had never happened. I told her I'd already been told it would take an hour, and I'd waited an hour, and that I had just gotten out of surgery and needed to get home. She basically treated me like I was the nuisance in this situation....very dismissively told me it would be another 20 minutes, and that I should take a seat, with absolutely no apologetic tone or acknowledgement that I'd already waited for quite a long time and was given the incorrect information and was basically forgotten about. I read in other reviews for this specific pharmacy that people felt like the pharmacy techs seemed judgmental for the fact that they were picking up a pain medication, and I got the exact same feeling from Jackie. This prescription was sent to CVS by a surgeon who had just performed surgery on me. Come on now. On top of having a long day already, I definitely don't need that. I do understand pharmacies can get overrun, and this one definitely was. But people who work behind a pharmacy need to keep in mind that while you may be busy, the people you are interacting with are generally sick, in pain, and tired. Please just be a decent human being when you are in a customer service role, especially one where you are interacting with people who are sick and in pain."
"They have a great automated phone system for refilling prescriptions. I just got my refill ordered in about two minutes. The drive through pick up line can be a little long though."
"Pharmacy has gone way downhill. Gave wrong strength of medication in mislabeled bottle and just said “our bad”. Constantly long wait times for filling despite texts saying prescription is ready."
