"Smiths has been going downhill for quite some time with their pricing, in-stock options, and quality of food. But after what I witnessed how the manager treats some of their employees while I was there shopping was the icing on the cake. I won’t be going back there and neither should you."

"I’ve never had issue with this store or location. If you place an order online it is delivered by Instacart. Once it is all set you set up payment and confirm. The order shows up at the day and time and the shopper can interact with you. I would be around your phone during the shopping time. Never had delivery issue. If you shop in person… it’s the usual experience and I prefer this store instead of other local places. The Provo location is college town busy. If you had the items delivered to your car via pick up, you park at the pickup time in the pickup parking section, wait a few minutes, your asked where in the car you want the items, bam your done after confirming payment."

"Honestly it'd be better if they could keep up with having the shelves stocked with what you're looking for. Most importantly It be amazing if the story wasn't mostly Kroger brand items and they had the name brand s that you went into get. Kroger, cheese, meat, salad, vegetables, seafood, fruits canned foods, frozen foods,chicken, butter, eggs and so much more. Shouldn't be called Smith's. Change the name to Kroger's R Us. Then run adds on other Merchandise that's carried. It would make more sense."

"Aside from the parking lot, this place is great. Parking is always chaotic and dysfunctional. Which is odd since it's just a giant square. I think angled parking would eliminate the confusion of everyone everywhere. But the store is great. Meat is good. They have lots of pretty plants. I usually find whatever I'm looking for. So I will continue to shop here. It would be cool to see them expand to a market place smith's someday."

"I've never been impressed with this Smiths, for multiple reasons, but today was impressive. I had bought a box of 4 cans that I discovered were all dented and so went to return it. I approached a GROUP of THREE cashiers, who were all standing around talking, not doing anything else, to ask were customer service was for a return. I was informed that customer service is CLOSED TODAY. Apparently, they're short staffed. I normally have sympathy for such things, but not so much when I'm standing in front of 3 employees who aren't doing anything. I asked if customer service is closed often and one of them went to ask a manager. Manager asked if I had my receipt. Yes. Said I could do a return at any register. Went back and one of these same employees then processed my return. "Sorry, I didn't realize you had your receipt." Um, you didn't ask either. Item was in a shopping bag but apparently we assume there's no receipt with it. As I left I saw a DIFFERENT group of FOUR employees, including the manager, standing near the door just chatting and laughing. I have no problem with people having fun at work, but I find it very interesting that so many people have nothing else to do when the store is "short staffed". Doesn't seem like a major grocery store should ever have customer service closed, but apparently if I had not had my receipt, I would've had to come back another time."
