"disrespect . plain and simple. lazy. I am a local collage student and value community and respect. I was 15 mins before closing and the door was locked . The (small) man with a mousy stash wouldn’t sell one nut for my bike wheel. I pleaded through the closed door causing unnecessary attraction. I was scared knowing the only other way home ! The two hour walk home……all you single mothers who work two jobs……..should think about. maybe i should have taken a ride with one of those nice whistling men !!!!cheers ACE HARDWARE sat march 16"

"You’re on your own, website inventory is off and the employees could care less they told me as much actually. I don’t give out 1 star reviews casually but ya don’t bother with this place and if you have to call and have them do a shelf check, even then there’s no guarantee they’ll know where to look and might tell ya it ain’t there."

"We come to Ace Hardware often to pick up our supplies for our landscape company, the plumbing and electrical parts we need to build our swimming pools and the service is friendly and they are usually available to help the store is clean and most of the time the parking is acceptable"

"This location is located within the same shopping plaza that is just north of the Provo Hospital. Very convenient. Endless possibilities of parts, applications, small appliances, lawn and garden care. If you have kids, make sure to keep them close, some of the parts and products are dangerous or sharp. There is always parking at this location. As far as the staff, they are friendly and helpful. Don’t waste your time calling them though. The only reason I don’t have five stars, apparently, because I did not purchase an item from that site, the refund policy was void. I thought that was absurd for a company that has such a massive amount of stores. Go ahead and check it out today."

"From toilet bowl gaskets to pine wood derby cars this place has a ton packed into a small package. I usual come here to refill my propane tanks for the bbq but can’t pass up finding those hard to find nuts and bolts they got in the back in the bulk section They are also a STIHL dealer Great place and a staff is excellent more than helpful"
