"Really disappointed with this pharmacy. I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes, on my break at work for assistance. Finally, I had to go because my break was over. Had to call another pharmacy just to find out I needed to speak with my doctor, by that time, their office was closed. Now I can’t have my prescription when I need it because my time was wasted. Extremely disappointing."

Today, however, when I mentioned the long waiting to April, who answered the phone, she told me to find another pharmacy. Of course, I will find another pharmacy and avoid that CVS in Provo at all costs, from now on. I am very disappointed at the CVS in Provo. I used to like the CVS in American Fork, but moved South and need a Pharmacy that isn't too far. Definitely bad customer service from April today, and I will be taking my business elsewhere, as she told me to."
