"The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the new loss prevention methods they have implemented this year have rendered the self check-out nearly unusable. The experience of checking out is extremely frustrating with how often the system miscalculates how much weight is in the bagging area, where it constantly locks up until a staff member can come over and enter their store ID to tell the system that nothing has been added or taken away. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that there is not enough staff to help everyone who is having problems while also running the cashier lines. The change smacks of corporate greed, and therefore, I would not recommend this grocery store."

"12/1 @ about 12: 30 pm. Sam m., supervisor on duty made my experience very uncomfortable. As I waited there for help I could here someone in the office. I said hello is anyone there. No response. I waited 12 minutes at customer service waiting to be acknowledged, multiple employees walked by not saying anything. I finally went to ask someone for help. The lady watching over the self checkout was very kind and helped me get someone called up right way. I walked back to the service counter after they had called someone over the intercom. Waited a few more minutes. Finally Sam came out of the office right by the service desk. She had been there the whole time. She asked what I needed. No greeting or "sorry for the wait." I replied I just need a money order. She grabs a binder and slams it on the counter. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by needing help. She got all my information and repeated the total. I went to try and pay but she mentioned we don't take card. That's not an issue at all I just wish she would have said something before getting all my information and taking up more time than I had already spent. All my other experiences at this location have been great. I would suggest having someone with better customer service at the customer service counter."

"Great produce super fresh. Look like they were just put out for the morning. Clean really clean. There prices are very comparable if not better than most other grocery stores."

"my fiancé is severely handicapped and needs a cart he needs the cart to get in the car the girl came and took the cart before he got in the car and drove of with it before he got into the car this isn’t a big deal for someone that can walk but a huge deal for someone that needs the cart to hold onto it to it for balance I realize the girl was deaf that was taking it back in but it could have caused a fall she was in such a hurry to take it back in my fiancé almost fell because of it. I just move to Provo and not impressed with the store so far and will be shopping for another store"
