"Customer service at the store is extremely lacking especially in the evenings. I don’t think I should be harassed by employees at checkout. Won’t be going to this store again, at least for a while."

"I really like Macey's however, regardless of the time that I go the bakery never has asiago bagels in stock. I showed up today at 10:00 a.m. it was completely empty and every time I ask a baker they say nope we're completely out of stock. It is my favorite bagel and honestly Macey's makes them better than everybody else. This seems to be a common thing at most of the Macey's. But the one here on Highland, is this something you guys can fix? Again I work in a different retail company but I come to you guys specifically for this item."

"So I've been in the store before. It's a beautiful store. but I called to try to find a product that was in the cheese island. So nobody picks up the phone in the deli. And then the customer service gal told me she couldn't help me so sorry. What I have to say is I gave you a 2 star because bad customer service. Now if I really want to find this product. "Absolutely disgusting practice of mixing old, expired meat with new fresh meat for resale. I almost fed this to my family with young children. I won't be purchasing any of their in-house packed meat products again. It's a horrible practice to put others' health on the line for your own profit margins."

"This review goes out to the bakery, it’s absolutely incredible. Months ago my toddler saw this cheeseburger cake in the store and I promised we’d get him one for his birthday, last minute I called and asked if they still made them and while they informed me the cheeseburger cakes are usually a summer thing, they’ll happily make one special for my son and even write happy birthday. He was in absolute awe as we all were when we opened that box. It looked INCREDIBLE. Please whoever baked this cake and everyone else that works in the bakery deserves a raise. It was a very sweet thing to do"
