"We’ve booked a week resort with him every single year for Tahiti Village in Las Vegas. We had paid $1000 for a 2 bedroom unit to go in 2020. However, that is when COVID hit and no one was traveling. The resort said the pool and restaurants were closed, and Vegas was quiet. We of course were not able to go during the week we booked. Not only that but our daughter lives in Canada and no travel was even allowed. We messaged him of course right away, and he had said we could exchange it for when travel was open again. However, it’s been over 3 years now and we’ve given him multiple date options, even said we would go to a different location, state, country, whatever to not waste our $1000 unit we paid for. He would either say “nothing” was available for the (many) option dates we would give him, or he just would not reply. Even though we had given him years of business. Now he will never reply. We got legal involved and hired a lawyer that advertised especially in trips unable to be used during COVID. He served documents to this address listed, with hopes to resolve the case without more legal action, and still no reply from CURT. We never asked for a refund. We just want to use our week we paid for, to go somewhere! We would have continued to book through him too as we travel often. The lawyer said since he didn’t reply, it will go into default soon and we win. He will then have to pay all the legal fees plus refund our money. Instead he could have just booked us a week somewhere like we asked many times. I’m sure he will regret it in the end. And I’ve still given him many chances to reply before I give the lawyer the final go ahead, but he still has not. Beware, never book through him. Sadly we are LDS and so is he, which is one reason we even went to him, since a friend recommended him and we trusted that… yet has shown his very dishonest ways."

Curt and Julie made things so simple for us, in preparation for our first vacation as husband and wife - their attention to personal detail really helped ease the stress that normally comes with foreign travel! Checking in and out of our resort was quick and efficient and all the time in between was lovely! We loved being right on the beach with ocean views at every turn! Our room was always attended to with fast service and well treated! The pools and beaches were beautiful and relaxing and the food was AMAZING! We were actually honeymooning over the Thanksgiving holiday and the Grand Mayan put on a full Thanksgiving buffet which we took FULL advantage of - even yummier than we anticipated!
