"Company made reservarion, during business hours. Traveled 14 hours, upon arrival after hours and calling the after hours #, was told hotel overbooked. I was left to get another hotel or wait another 7 hours until the office opened. NOT!, NEVER AGAIN!"

We arrived around 1 am local time, front desk closed and locked, called number on front seat for late check ins, they have overbooked and we do not have rooms. After they were paid, we drove 14 hours, they don’t have the rooms we paid for available."

If you live like this, have at it, I gave it one chance, never again. I do not recommend."

"The manager is always rushed, and she has very little patience for helping people. The hotel is very clean and quiet. I am disappointed that they have little to no concern for victims of domestic violence. They absolutely only care about money and not people. Sometimes humans needs a break."
