DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Oklahoma City Airport 4410 Southwest 19th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73108

"I use the off airport parking. I have in the past complained about Ms. Anita that has a disability so she is not able to assist with getting the luggage on and off the van. She is very friendly and welcoming. I reserved a spot at the hotel again. I showed up at 3 because I had a flight leaving out at 5. The young man at the desk was rude. I guess it was too early in the morning for the both of us. After I gave the information he needed, he informed me that the driver would be in at 6. I explained to him, I needed to be at the airport prior to. He stated I need to get an Uber. He said it snarky. I was not happy and the hotel should not allow us to put in times that are not available to them. This guy said it has open slots because the hotel is 24hours. This is not right that we pay for a service and then have to pay again, before they are not available yet. The same thing happened when I got off my flight. It was 10 and the lady said they stopped at 10. Please fix your reservation system. Don’t let us sign up for times that are not available! I paid double each time, what I paid to park at this hotel! The staff at the desk is the first person we come in contact with, they are the face of your company and when they are rude, it looks bad for the entire establishment!"

"I could hear footsteps above my room. Loud heavy steps at 2 am. Not good. Breakfast was not included, but they would not change it to one with breakfast. IDK why it could not be done. It would add up to the same amount but easier on my end for reimbursement for a business trip. Customer service was not good."

"It was good. It’s a chain hotel, what would I be expecting? They had water bottles, cookies, and a bed. Thanks for coming, right? Hilton is starting to let breakfast tank though. I wish they would be a little better about options. It’s cereal, old bagels, waffles, and bad eggs. Nothing changes."

"Trust me when I say if you can find a different hotel please choose one. The staff apparently does not like their job. I had to reach out to make a complaint ice cream was left in the ice box that was not cold. Paid for a suite got a king. Check in took me over an hour. The carts need fixing and the elevators are slower than snails. The sink didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom. The cleaning crew just goes into your room so early knowing the people has not checked out. It was 9 and check out is at 12 you should have a list of rooms that has already been checked out I’m sure mine was not on the list and didn’t give mw time to get out the bed before I greeted them at the door in my pjs"

"I had a nice stay but it wasn't the best. I wouldn't stay here again simply because I did not feel welcome as a valuable guest. The hotel itself was fine. The room was very clean (no complaints about that at all.) The bed was great. The hotel was nice, everything was modern, clean, bright, etc. The shuttle drivers were very nice. Shuttle driver Anita (I think) provided a great ending to my stay. Really no complaints about anything except the front desk. I'm just not going to stay where I am not welcome. There are too many choices to go where I don't feel valued as a customer."
