"Amazing location being already in the heart of brick town. We had trouble with the AC not working well in our room and used the app to ask about it. They ended up switching us to another room for free within just a few minutes. We also had other quetions that were answered quickly. Service was an easy 5/5. Not having free parking was very disappointing as valet is 35 bucks for overnight. We ended up using it but service was still great and fast. The rooms were very nice however there was basically 0 soundproofing. We could hear everything inside and outside, which being right next to a nightclub and busy street seems to be a huge oversight. We only stayed the one night but I enjoyed it enough to stay again in the future. Overall 4/5 experience."

"We were booked for two nights last weekend. Our first night (Friday) our check in wasn’t very welcoming. Had to remind the desk clerk about the benefits of being Titanium. Got into the room and it was hot. Assumed because the a/c hadn’t been on all day. Woke up during the night sweating and the a/c had not gone down. The next morning we requested to be moved, and was. Same thing, room was hit. Set the a/c down to 65 but the room temperature went up. After an hour called down to the front desk and the response was, “oh that my fault. That room was clean because the air doesn’t work.” You couldn’t call and tell us that as we sat waiting for the temperature to go down? It’s always funny how I don’t get surveys for stats where there is an issue where I can provide this feedback rather than a review."

"Im giving this review based on visiting the hotel for business purposes. One of the first things I noticed was how chic and elegant this hotel was. I mean there is no other hotel like it in Downtown Oklahoma. The whole vibe is high. The service was so fabulous I initially thought why not get a hotel and a babysitter after finishing up my duties. I will definitely book a room and eat here soon so stay tuned for the food reviews."

"Very happy overall with the hotel! Beautiful lobby, great location, good food and drink. VERY disappointed that no phone chargers were available at the front desk-I had forgotten mine. Answer from FDA was “we don’t have that”. No effort made to find one, go above and beyond, especially for a Marriott GM who stays very frequently at Marriott properties. A bit of service training necessary on 10-6 shift!"
