"First I thought this place was great. Then on day 10 come back from dinner to find a used wash cloth with makeup all over it that was not mine on the sink and someone had been through my clothes. Got keys changed only to have three different sets not work and had to change rooms. Now on the first night in the new room, the toilet will not flush and they bring a plunger that folds every time I try to use it to fix their problem. Will not stay here EVER again. Also don’t expect USB ports to charge anything. Make sure you bring boxes to any cords or you are out of luck because this place is dated. They claim to clean rooms every other day but that didn’t happen either. When I talked with the housekeeping manager, he apologized and said he would let me know about someone being in my room and never heard anything back."
"Disappointed. Only one of the three elevators was working, which is tough because two hotels use these elevators. On one night we had to use the stairs down from the ninth floor because none were working. The front desk was unhelpful and basically shrugged us off with a “we know they aren’t working.” Also, we didn’t have hot water for our first night. All and all it’s been disappointing so far. Edit: Alright yall. I have to edit to update. Hilton made things right and I’m honestly incredibly impressed. Things may not have started off the best, but they stand by their pledge of making things right. That’s the kinda place that I want to stay and will recommend to my friends and family."
"On the first night we were in the correct room. It was out of date and dirty but in that way where you can live with it. The second night we had to move rooms. We prepaid for a specific room 2 weeks in advance and they gave it away. We had to leave and go to another hotel because they couldn’t accommodate us. The manager wasn’t in so we couldn’t get a refund either. At 4pm for check in, they have 1 person working the front desk. She was very nice but she didn’t have power to do anything to help guests. We were calling other hotels in the lobby and heard a guest complain that their shower could only get scolding hot water and it was burning them. This was a Friday and they said no one could do anything until Monday. Breakfast was the worst food I have ever had. Inedible. Coffee was Luke warm. Eggs were this weird tasteless brick? Cereal was stale. Somehow even the fruit tasted bad. The only good thing I can think of to say is that the valet guys and the check in staff were really nice. Their managers don’t give them any power to help customers, but they’re doing their best and other than looking exhausted from having to constantly tell people “I’m sorry”, they were kind."
"Rooms are nice and roomy. Kitchenette with large refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils and plates, microwave and burner. Only thing it was missing was a safe. Breakfast was good. Valet parking is required. Then they charge $32 a day to park your car. Then you have to tip every ti.e you want to leave and come back i which can get pricey."
"Solid 4 out of 5 star experience, and I would stay here again. The rooms are a little dated and a little worn, but clean, and beds comfortable enough. Breakfast was good, better than average, with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Pool and gym were nice, public areas well kept. *Pool table was a HIT for the kids. The location is great for walking to Bricktown which was our main reason to be here. Road noise was noticeable inside the room but it’s a downtown hotel so not surprising and not too bad considering the location."
