"My husband and I have stayed here a 3-4-5- times a year over the past few years. We will be there again next month. We are in town for medical treatments. Initially we chose by location. Since then we have changed procedure locations but stay here because we like it. In all of the times we have stayed here we have had one issue which was addressed immediately. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff is always pleasant. Everything you could possibly need is within minutes of this location. Some of the negative reviews are really cringe worthy. A spot of toothpaste missed in the cleaning of the oversized sink or a hair on the bathroom floor and they are berating the staff and demanding free stuff. I am not saying you could not have a bad experience here but I think some of these negative reviews are over the top. I'm pretty sure I read someone found the previous guests medication in the refrigerator, were irritated that housekeeping missed it and took it to the desk and wanted something in return. Really? Being a good person should not be such an inconvenience."

"Upon arrival the building looks a bit unkept, the lobby was nice unfortunately I can't say the same for the gym room. We stayed in a nice 1 bed room, everything worked well except for the coffee maker but it was fine. Overall we got a hot shower, good sleep at a decent price."

"I travel all the time for work usually 10 days every 14 days. I have stayed in many hotels over the last few years including this one. About two years ago this was the best spot to stay. Recently my team and I stayed here and only one person was helpful. An older lady who has red hair was very friendly and effective I appreciate her. Any other person I had to talk to was very unhelpful. My coworker came back to the room after working roughly 16 hours that day to find his door open. Upon entering his luggage had been gone through and a pair of AirPods were missing. I talked to the ASM and let him know of the situation in which he said he would look into it. Never received a call back or an answer or any helpful information to resolve the situation. My other coworker had to move rooms multiple times and the front desk was less than helpful. Each time the employee seemed bothered to help him find a room that would actually work. First room smelled like a rotting body and the second room was never even cleaned. Third times the charm I guess."

"An excellent choice and location. Every saff associate I encountered was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful. The hotel, room was great, beds very comfortable, and clean; dining area & restaurant were very clean and decorated well. When visiting in this location, this will hotel will be my go to for a comfortable stay.... and recommend you give it a stay. /s/ Satisfied"
