"I stayed at this hotel & the overnight guy was very rude & seemed like he didn’t care to engage in conversation with me.(seemed a little racist) I came down for coffee about 3am before heading to work & it was cold & stale when I asked he got snappy with me & being a top member this is just unacceptable. I wont be staying here anymore!"
