"I always get my bags online, so this was my first time going into a Coach store to browse/shop. Yet I guess I made the mistake of taking a cheaper brand purse with me to the mall because the woman who came to assist me acted like I didn’t belong in there. I didn’t feel welcomed at all, and left quickly. I don’t want to assume this one worker reflects the attitude of the company, yet it’s not a great feeling when that’s my first experience when going in person. Coach is still my favorite bag company though as their quality is always amazing."

"Victoria was amazing she helped my mom find a really nice pair of shoes. When the color she wanted want in stock she tried to order through their POS system but the site in their POS and my mom’s phone were ultimately down. After making a phone call to customer care Victoria called a store in Chicago to get my mom the shoes she wanted. We had bought two pairs of shoes earlier in the day and we returned them after Victoria helped us with those shoes. Victoria was so beyond amazing and I hope she gets a raise!"

"I’m an online coachee girl this was my first time going in the store. My in store experience was horrible. The sales associates are so bougee and rude . Very combative and argumentative if I had shopped at the store years ago when I started wearing the brand I would have stopped wearing it worst experience ever I love the brand but will never shop at the Woodland Hills mall location again!"
