"Good selection of name brand clothes, shoes and gear. But prices are so high for a consignment store. If I'm shopping used, I'm looking for half priced or lower. Most of the stuff here is at about 75% the cost of brand new."

"The owner always seems so put out when you're shopping. I go there a few times a year and I've never seen her smile, not one time or even say hello. The assistant is the same way. When I ask where something is they just stand and stare like a deer in head lights and say something short. I've asked about the color discounts and they get rude like you should know them and I'm still really unclear how it works. It's expensive and they show no hospitality. I'm not sure why I continue going in. You won't feel welcomed or noticed. It's been like that for years."

"A little customer service goes a long ways. I was not greeted when I came in and when I asked to see another shoe that went with the one out on the floor, the lady threw it on the counter and didn’t say a word. She was huffing and puffing the whole time. I’m sure it had something to do with me wearing a t shirt and shorts. I had intentions to spend much more than I did on just the shoes, but I was so uncomfortable by her behavior I just left. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I drove out here bc I would’ve seen I wasn’t the first to be treated this way."

"I called for some information about selling clothes and the lady told me they do not buy from individual. However I was in the mist of asking her a question and she act like she was in a rush she hung up in my face. (No the store was not open yet it was 9:50a.m when I called) I appreciate the information you sorta gave but hope u handle others phone calls better than you handle mines when inquiring about your business. "Holy cow! I've never been in a consignment store that was so expensive in my life! Spring summer and Easter dresses all $18-25, shorts $12-15. I didn't stay in there long! People go to consignment stores to pay less not pay store prices for used items!"
