"They posted about doing a promotion for the first 50 people in line for the opening on Dec 17th @9 am. I was in line from 7am to 9:40am and tried calling both the store number and customer service line and neither of them would answer the phones at all. I even went as far to reach out over Facebook and haven't received a response. I love the brand and quality of clothes but if you're going to post online that you're having a promotion and can't do it at least post that it's been cancelled. I wasted my morning standing in the cold for nothing."
